Upon Leaving Grammar School in 1959, Michael entered HM Revenue & Customs as a junior Tax Clerk, gained promotion through several managerial grades, becoming a Departmental Training Officer and Finally an Inspector of Taxes.
During his 20 year career in the Civil Service, Michael also served as a special Police Officer, which helped him develop a positive approach in dealing with a multitude of challenging businesses issues and situations in a calm and
sensitive manner.

He established his accountancy practice in 1978 and has subsequently built a reputation for providing honest, reliable, sound advice and services to his clients.
Michaels Hobbies include Golf, photography, travel and reading. He is a loving Husband, father, granddad and uncle within an expanding multinational family.
