"Should I hire a bookkeeper or do my own"?
Whatever the decision we can help, our services are offered but we will not insist we do your bookkeeping. If you wish to keep your own records we will support you where necessary and answer your questions as you go along. We can help with installing and using computer software packages such as Sage OR offer support if you wish to maintain manual records on excel etc.
The question you should ask yourself is, "Can I use my time more profitably to sell my businesses goods and services or do I want to keep a close personnal eye on expenses. We can maintain your records ensuring you are accuratly reporting all expenses and delaring all income.
It is never too late to ask us for assistance. If you have decided to do your own bookkeeping and found it a struggle or it is taking too much of your time, come and speak with us. The reality of being both a business owner and doing your own bookkeeping can be overwhelming and even those with good intentions may find the workload hard to juggle.
Properly maintained records can result in less work for your accountant and so inturn consequently lower fees charged.
